Mark founded P3P in 2011, having formed a keen interest in building a business around ‘things that work’. His passion for solving complex problems comes from a love of technology and the wonderful world of physics.
He’s been involved in all P3P’s projects and is keen to expand the business into new exciting sectors such as indoor growing, data analytics and more renewables production.
Mark really enjoys tennis, sailing and his electric car, but could do with a time machine to make more hours in the day.

Julian was educated at Cranleigh School, Surrey and Phillips Academy, Massachusetts USA graduating with an MA from Peterhouse Cambridge.
He qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP and became a partner in 1995. During his time at A&O he was based in Hong Kong, Milan, Amsterdam and London. In the case of Milan and Amsterdam, A&O merged with local law firms and Julian was the first London partner sent to facilitate those mergers.
Julian originally specialised in real estate finance, and was responsible for setting up A&O’s Real Estate Finance Group. Later on, Julian specialised in project finance.
After 16 years as a partner at Allen & Overy LLP, he set up P3P Partners LLP. Julian structures and negotiates P3P deals.
Julian is a keen cyclist. P3P teams have cycled from London to the Isle of Wight and London to Paris.
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and also Hong Kong
Rupert is a chartered accountant who qualified with Robson Rhodes. Latterly he specialised in structured finance and venture capital.
Rupert has spent the last 25 years founding and building businesses in the energy, information, finance, medical and media sectors – including co-founding and chairing a multi-billion Euro trans-European energy business which he sold to International Power in 2007.
He remains active in all these sectors and in addition is currently focused on creating and delivering literacy programs in both the developed and developing world.
Rupert is a keen sailor. He has taken part in and completed the ARCS transatlantic race in 2009 and 2014.
Philip joined P3P Partners in 2014 having spent five years at GE’s Power & Water business. He has worked across numerous areas of the power generation sector with roles in operations, construction and new business development.
As with many young fathers, he spends most of his time outside of work worrying about how long it is going to take until one of his sons can beat him at golf.

Mariana joined P3P in June 2016 as Operations Manager, having spent 10 years working on the development, construction and operation of renewable energy assets in the UK, Europe and Latin America for private equity funds, consultancies and EPCs.
Mariana enjoys travelling and is an avid bridge player.

Rosalyn joined P3P Partners in 2017 having spent over five years in the oil and gas industry where she worked on the detailed design of both offshore platforms and refineries. She has since put her green fingers to the test by developing vertical farming through product development, design, construction and operation.
Outside of the office Rosalyn enjoys keeping fit, even if it is to bypass the guilt of the food and drink temptations.

Before joining P3P, Ian specialised in analysing wholesale gas and power markets.
His roles includes optimising P3P’s generation assets and modelling projects.
Outside of work, Ian is most likely to be found on a golf course.

Wingfu trained and qualified with KPMG and has worked in a variety of finance and accounting roles across different industry sectors.
In his spare time, Wingfu enjoys going to watch football and the theatre and other pursuits involving sitting down.

Efe is a chartered chemical engineer with experience 10 years’ experience industry. He spent a large part of his career in the cement industry running and optimising large scale production processes.
Prior to joining P3P in 2018 he managed several anaerobic digestion plants which generated electricity from food waste.
Efe loves food, travel and a nice glass of whiskey when he wants to relax.

Evan joined P3P in 2016. Prior to that he spent four years in the thermal and hydro power generation sectors with Amec Foster Wheeler and the Weir Group.
Outside of work Evan enjoys, travel and spelunking.

Leena joined P3P Partners in 2018 with experience from varied roles within the Energy industry. Her skillset and understanding of both engineering and business enables her to effectively manage our commercial operations.
Outside work, Leena likes being in the fresh air, which in her case usually involves a long bike ride somewhere far from London. She is a two-time ironman finisher.

Georgina provides administrative support to the team and is also responsible for the day to day management of P3P’s communication, including the website and social media,

Alex joined P3P in October 2019, following two years in a commercial leadership role spearheading M&A, project finance and structured finance transactions for Ørsted. While Alex doesn’t like being described as ‘just’ a lawyer, when pushed he is willing to admit that he is legally qualified and formerly spent nine years as an energy and project finance solicitor, working around the world on high value transactions for predominantly renewable energy clients.
Alex has just had his first child so doesn’t have much time or energy to pursue his love of snow and water-sports. Only 18 years to go!

Nikolas has an in depth understanding of the energy market gained through academic education and professional experience in the wholesale energy market, commercial energy consumption and cost forecast. Capable of carrying analysis and consulting organisations on optimizing their energy requirements, commodity and non-commodity costs as well as briefing on relevant policies. Throughout his career he has worked on the portfolios of big banking groups, telecommunication companies and pharmaceutical companies amongst others.
At P3P Nikolas is tasked with Data management to ensure high quality levels of reporting and invoicing. He is supporting the portfolio operation and he is member of the electricity sales team.
