P3P Partners LLP is pleased to announce that it has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets (HELGA) Agreement.
HELGA helps public bodies, and the wider public sector, to procure services from a diverse range of suppliers who can help them meet their energy supply needs while achieving reductions in their carbon footprint and improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
It is administered through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), or eSourcing tool, where service contracts are published by the public sector to suppliers who have been accepted onto the agreement and support the desired service offering.
P3P has been appointed to supply the following service offerings:
1. Energy Advisory, Design & Technical Services – technical services related to the advice and design of any demand management or generation type
2. Delivery Services – installation, management and maintenance of any demand management or generation type
3. Energy Purchase Agreements – provision of Energy Purchase Agreement through direct or indirect opportunities
4. Commoditised Products – access to commoditised products through bulk purchasing
P3P are excited to be working with the public sector via the HELGA Agreement, and are committed to delivering best in class solutions for these organisations which will help them meet their wider energy, financial and carbon reduction targets.
The CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common good and services. In 2018/19, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth £945m – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
