If your land is determined to be suitable, we will issue a commercial Heads of Terms outlining the details of the lease (term, rental income, amount of land required, etc.)

We obtain a formal offer for the electrical grid connection and complete the required surveys and reports.
We will then issue the option and lease for the land and submit the planning application.
Stage 3

6-12 months
Once the planning has been accepted and all other necessary consents are granted, we will trigger the option for the lease of the site.
From this point on you will be generating revenue from your land through P3P rental payments.

This depends on the type of green technology installed. For a battery site, typically 0.25-2 hectares of land is required. For a solar site, we would need a minimum of 15 hectares.
There would be no costs to you as the landowner. P3P would pay for all the development costs (planning, grid connections, etc.) as well as any reasonable third-party costs such as a solicitor.
