P3P Partners is proud to announce that it has acquired 100% of the equity interests in the FiT-supported Arreton Valley solar farm, supported by a project finance loan facility from Santander UK plc.
In 2016, P3P was involved in the solar farm’s construction and managed its connection to the grid via shared P3P infrastructure. The acquisition is adjacent to our largest horticultural and CHP site on the Isle of Wight. Now, bringing the solar farm under P3P ownership will allow us to continue optimising its operation and synergising energy production with our other assets at the site. P3P has ambitious plans to expand our solar pipeline in the future.
