Energy project development
P3P is a technology-agnostic energy developer. We develop solar, battery, wind, energy from waste, biomass, CHP and peaking projects from scratch, acquiring land and grid rights, obtaining planning permission, and finding construction funding and investors. We also manage construction through to operations & maintenance.
P3P is nearly unique among developers – in addition to typical development, construction project management and O&M capabilities, we have both a licenced electricity supply company and a full-service trading, management services and optimisation team. Unlike smaller developers, we can fund development and often construction from our own funds. Unlike larger developers, we are agile and flexible, able to adapt to whatever needs arise for a project or opportunity.

Reserve power
As the UK transitions away from a fossil fuel dominated generation system and towards a sustainable and renewable energy generation mix, the electricity system needs fast responding and reliable reserve power assets that can support the demand for power in times of low wind and low solar generation.
Combined heat & power
Combined Heat and Power systems provide efficient, reliable and secure electrical and thermal energy, and CO2 for some applications, to the Horticultural, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
We design, develop, fund, construct and operate these systems for our customers so they can focus on delivering their core products. These on-site energy generation facilities provide energy security and reliability at fixed costs so customers can better protect themselves from shortages of supply or unexpected increases in energy supplied by external suppliers.
Hybrid energy systems
The extensive development of renewable and BESS generation sites has created unprecedented pressure on the DSO and TSOs to upgrade UK grid infrastructure to allow for the connection of these new assets. We own and operate, and are developing, sites which incorporate multiple technologies behind the meter to provide the most optimal generation mix for both on-site demand and pure grid generation.
