Who we are
P3P is an agile, technology-agnostic developer and investor. We are UK-focused and specialise in sustainable energy and controlled environment agriculture.
The group has grown from a specialist developer of combined heat and power (CHP) for the horticulture sector to a multi-discipline developer, constructor, operator, and owner of a portfolio of CHP, peaking, solar, battery and glasshouse assets. We also have extensive investments in innovative joint ventures in the sectors in which we operate.
Our history
The P3P partnership was first established in 2011 as a specialist developer and construction project manager focusing on CHP systems in the horticulture and industrial spaces. After initial seed capital from the partners, P3P has largely self-funded the equity in its projects and grown a significant operating asset portfolio both in its core horticultural and industrial CHP spaces and increasingly in other renewable energy subsectors.
Today, P3P has expanded its capabilities from project development and construction project management to become a true one-stop-shop across the full energy project lifecycle. This includes a licenced electricity supplier in its P3P Energy Supply business and an FCA-regulated fund manager through another dedicated group company. We own operational asset clusters at six sites around the UK, and work with customers at many more.
